What is Analytics Studio for?
Your marketing figures are scattered: Google Analytics for traffic, Search Console for Google, social media, your email tool, your ad campaigns, your till or CRM. Analytics Studio brings them together in one place to answer three questions: what works, what holds you back, and what to do first?
You get a score on 5 axes, the key formulas calculated (LTV / CAC, CPA, ROAS…), a comparison with your industry benchmarks, prioritised recommendations and a branded client report, ready to send.

The steps, one by one
Discover the tool with the demo
Section 4, 🎁 Full demo button: every section fills in with the figures of a fictitious shop. Browse the tabs to see what you will get with your own data, then create a new project (+ New button) or clear the demo.
Set up the project
Section 1: client name, website, industry (it chooses the comparison benchmarks), currency and targets (traffic and revenue aimed for over the period). Section 2: the period analysed and, if you have them, the figures of the previous period to show the changes.
Enter or import your figures
Start with section 5 (Key KPIs): sessions, conversions, revenue, bounce rate, duration… Then add whatever you have: acquisition channels, funnel, social media, email, SEO, advertising, cohorts. No section is mandatory: an axis without data is simply “not rated”. In Pro, you can also import your CSV / JSON exports.
Read the dashboard
On the right, the dashboard updates with every entry: alerts, indicators and their change, traffic curve, sources, funnel, recommendations and industry benchmarks. The 📝 Hide data entry button shows the views full width.
Prepare the client report
Section 14: displayed name, logo, colour, sections to include, introduction, conclusion and next steps. The 📋 Client report tab shows exactly how it looks. Print it to PDF or download it as HTML or Markdown (with a “Discovery version” watermark; Pro removes it).
Where to find your figures
| Data | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Sessions, users, page views, bounce rate, duration, conversions, revenue | Google Analytics 4 → Reports → Acquisition and Engagement (or Matomo, Plausible…) |
| Acquisition channels | GA4 → Acquisition → Traffic acquisition (default channel group) |
| Clicks, impressions, CTR, position, keywords | Google Search Console → Performance → Search results |
| Subscribers, opens, clicks, campaigns | Your email tool (Brevo, Mailchimp, MailerLite…) → campaign reports |
| Spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS | Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager |
| Average order, CAC, LTV, churn, MRR | Your online shop, CRM, invoicing tool or spreadsheet |
The 5-axis score
The overall score (out of 100) is the average of the rated axes:
- Acquisition: traffic volume, channel diversity, weight of organic search, share of new visitors, traffic target reached.
- Engagement: bounce rate (compared with your industry), average duration, pages per session, scroll depth, engagement rate.
- Conversion: conversion rate compared with your industry, conversion volume, funnel and goals set, cart abandonment.
- Retention: churn, 6-month retention, NPS, email unsubscribes.
- ROI: LTV / CAC, ROAS, number of purchases to pay back a customer, revenue per visit.
Each criterion only counts if the data is filled in: an axis with no data at all shows “n/a” (not rated) and does not lower the average.
The calculated formulas
| Formula | Calculation | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| LTV / CAC | Customer value ÷ cost to acquire them | 3 or more: excellent · 2 to 3: acceptable · under 2: to improve |
| Payback | CAC ÷ average order | Number of purchases needed to pay back the acquisition cost |
| RPV | Revenue ÷ sessions | What a visit brings in on average |
| CPA | Ad spend ÷ conversions | Compared with your average order |
| ROAS | Revenue ÷ ad spend | Compared with your industry benchmark |
| Email unsubscribes and retention | From list size, new subscribers and unsubscribes | Under 0.5% unsubscribes: very good |
Industry benchmarks
For 12 industries (e-commerce, SaaS, B2B services, media, training, restaurant, health, real estate, fashion, travel, non-profit, other), the tool knows usual ranges: conversion rate, average order, CAC, LTV / CAC, bounce rate, ROAS, churn… Your figures are rated “Good”, “Fair” or “To improve”.

File import (Pro)
Section 4: drop a CSV, TSV or JSON export. The tool detects the columns and suggests a mapping (sessions, revenue, keyword, position, campaign, spend…) that you can correct before applying it.
- Search Console export (queries): fills in the top 10 keywords, clicks, impressions, CTR and average position.
- Email marketing export (campaigns): fills in the best campaigns, open and click rates.
- Google Analytics export: adds up volumes (sessions, conversions, revenue) and averages the rates. With a date column, it also fills in the traffic curve.
The client report
The report includes the score, your introduction, the overview with the changes, then, depending on the sections ticked: acquisition, conversions and goals, behaviour, channels (social media, email, advertising), SEO, ROI and industry benchmarks, recommendations, conclusion, next steps and appendix.
It only carries the name, logo (https address of an image) and colour you choose: no Yok-Kod mention. You can send it to your client under your own brand.
AI (optional) (Pro)
Choose your provider (Agnes, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Groq, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter or an OpenAI-compatible service), paste your key in the ✨ AI tab, then run an action: overall analysis, 10 recommendations, channel prioritisation, 30 / 60 / 90-day plan, report review, SMART goals. The ✍️ button in section 14 writes the introduction, conclusion and next steps of the report. The chat answers your questions about the figures of the open project.
Exports
The client report (PDF, HTML, Markdown and ZIP) is open to everyone; in the discovery version it carries a “Discovery version · Made with Yok-Kod” watermark (at the end of the report and at the bottom of each printed page) and the ZIP leaves out the data files. Pro removes the watermark. Data exports (CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable, Power BI, Notion, JSON) are for Pro.
- PDF report (print), standalone HTML and Markdown: the client report.
- CSV (Pro): all the data in blocks (KPIs, formulas, channels, funnel, SEO, email, advertising, social media).
- Google Sheets, Airtable, Power BI (Pro): a “one row per indicator” table, easy to import and track over time.
- Notion (Pro): a summary with the recommended actions as checkboxes.
- JSON (Pro): the full project backup, which can be re-imported with “⬆ Import”.
- ZIP: HTML + Markdown report + README, plus the CSV and JSON data with Pro.
Where is my data stored?
Your projects are stored in your browser, not on our servers. Our servers calculate the score, recommendations and report, without keeping anything. The “🕐 History” button keeps the last 20 versions.

Common problems
- A score axis shows “n/a”.
- It is not rated yet for lack of data. For example, the Retention axis needs churn, month-by-month retention, NPS or email unsubscribes.
- The traffic curve is empty.
- Fill in “Traffic over time” (section 2) with at least two lines, for example “Jan | 19800”.
- A goal shows “Label not linked to a KPI”.
- Use a recognised label: “Conversion rate”, “Average order”, “Revenue”, “Sessions”, “CAC”, “LTV”, “ROAS”, “Bounce rate” or “Conversions”.
- The logo doesn't appear in the report.
- The address must start with https:// and point directly to an image (.png, .jpg, .svg).
- The AI says “invalid key”.
- Check that the selected provider matches your key, then test it again. Free keys are limited to a few requests per minute.
- I can't find my project any more.
- Check that you are using the same computer, the same browser and the same account.
