What is Quiz Generator Studio for?
A quiz such as “What kind of entrepreneur are you?” or “Where does your marketing stand?” is one of the most shareable kinds of content. It gives visitors something (a result and advice) and, in return, you can invite them to leave their email and take the next step: a call, an offer, a course.
Quiz Generator Studio builds that quiz with you: questions, result profiles with advice, GDPR-compliant email capture and a call to action. The preview is playable live, the tool checks the quiz on 5 axes and simulates how results are spread. You then download a standalone HTML file that you own: no subscription, no response limit.

The steps, one by one
Start from the demo or a template

Fill in the brief
Quiz language, a title phrased as a question, the promise (what visitors get and how long it takes), your brand name, the quiz type and how the result is computed.
Write 5 to 12 questions
Short questions with 3 to 5 answers each. Reorder them with the arrows, duplicate them, tick “Several answers allowed” when needed.
Write the result profiles
3 or 4 profiles, each with a description (what the person experiences, why, what would help), 3 concrete tips and, if you like, its own button. The 👁 button shows the profile in the preview.
Set the email capture and the call to action
Optional or required form, privacy policy link, consent box, webhook, then the button after the result. Follow the recommendations, then download the quiz.
Total score or personality?

The simulated spread of results
The tool runs the quiz with 3,000 simulated respondents giving consistent answers and shows each profile's share. A profile at 2% is almost impossible to get; a profile at 70% makes the quiz predictable. In score mode, the tool also flags scores that lead to no profile and overlapping ranges; the ⚡ Spread the ranges button recalculates them evenly.
Email capture and GDPR
- Optional (recommended): visitors can see their result without leaving their email. Required: allowed, but say so on the welcome screen to stay transparent.
- A link to your privacy policy is essential as soon as you collect emails.
- The marketing consent box is never pre-ticked. Without it, only send the requested result.
- The quiz sets no cookies and uses no external fonts or services. The analytics option (Plausible) works without cookies.
- For a health or wellbeing topic, fill in the Disclaimer field: the quiz does not replace advice from a professional.
Receiving contacts (webhook)
The quiz stores nothing itself: it sends each form to a webhook address (https) provided by your emailing or automation tool. Data sent: email, first name, consent, profile name, score, answers, date and page. The exact format is in the ZIP README. The 📨 Send a test button sends a “test@example.com” contact to check the connection. In the tool's preview, nothing is sent.

Putting the quiz online

AI (optional, Pro)
With your own key (Agnes, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Groq, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter or a compatible service), describe your business and audience in the assistant brief: it can create the complete quiz, add 5 questions, improve the results, suggest 6 titles and write the capture copy. It is instructed never to make up figures or testimonials, and to stay general on health topics. Your key stays in your browser.
Where is my data?
Your quizzes are saved in your browser, automatically. The server receives the quiz while it builds the preview and the file, without keeping it. Contacts collected by your live quiz go straight to your webhook: they never go through Yok-Kod. You can back them up and re-import them as JSON (including files from the old quiz generator); the discovery version keeps 1 project, Pro keeps 30.
Discovery or Pro?
The discovery version gives you the whole tool and all its exports; exported documents (HTML, PDF, Markdown, pictures) carry a small “Made with Yok-Kod” line, data files (CSV, JSON, ICS) never do. Pro removes that line and adds AI, the 8 industry templates, 30 projects and every recommendation.

Pro for Quiz Generator Studio costs €19 as a one-off payment. It is also included in the Marketing Pack (€129) and in Full Access (€179).
Common problems
- A question does not appear in the preview.
- It is missing its text or at least 2 filled-in answers. It is outlined in red in the editor.
- Everyone gets the same profile.
- Look at the simulated spread: a range that is too wide or badly staggered points concentrate results. Click “⚡ Spread the ranges” then adjust.
- My emailing tool receives nothing.
- Check that the webhook address starts with https and use “📨 Send a test”. Sending is deliberately off in the tool's preview: test on the live quiz.
- Sharing shows an empty address.
- The shared link is the page address: it works once the quiz is online.
- The AI says “invalid key”.
- Check that the selected provider matches your key, then test it again.
