What is Outreach Studio for?
Outreach means contacting people who do not know you yet to offer your help. It works when the message is about them (their job, their news, their problem) and you ask for little: a reply, fifteen minutes, sending a resource. It fails when the same text goes to hundreds of people with three links and a “limited offer”.
Outreach Studio writes every message of your sequence with you, across 6 channels, and adapts it to each prospect on your list. It prepares your call script and your answers to objections, dates your follow-ups, checks length per channel and reminds you of the outreach rules for your situation (France, Belgium, businesses or consumers). You stay in charge of sending: the tool sends nothing on your behalf.
With the other Yok-Kod tools
- Client Finder Studio helps you define your target and find the right prospects before writing to them;
- CRM Studio tracks the replies: each interested prospect becomes a deal with its next action;
- Email Sequence Studio writes the emails sent to people who signed up themselves;
- Reviews & Case Study Studio helps you document real client results, which you can then mention in your messages;
- Compliance Studio drafts your privacy policy, to link in your emails.

The steps, one by one
Start from the demo or a template
🎁 Demo loads a complete campaign of a web studio contacting restaurants, with 3 prospects and 6 steps (email, LinkedIn invitation, follow-up, call, voicemail, last message). Pro members get 8 industry templates (B2B software, agency, consulting, accountancy, recruitment, photo, coaching, tradesperson with existing customers). People and companies are fictional and marked “(example)”. Go back with ↶.
Describe yourself and your offer
Your name, role, company, your clients (“independent restaurants”), your offer, the result for them (“fill tables on weekdays”), your topic in a few words and a resource to offer. Choose the message language; in French, also choose the formal or informal “you”.
Add your prospects
For each: first name, company, role, and above all a recent signal and an identified problem. Pro members import their list from CSV.
Choose the structure, tone and sequence
One of the 8 structures, a tone, a length, what you ask for, then the dated steps (D+0, D+3, D+7…). The preview on the right shows each message as the prospect will receive it.
Check, adjust and export
Follow the score's recommendations, read each step with a real prospect's values, edit the text if needed, then export the printable sequence or the text (with a watermark in the discovery version) and, with Pro, the mail merge CSV.
The 6 channels and their lengths
| Channel | Length target | What the tool does |
|---|---|---|
| 🤝 LinkedIn invitation | 300 characters maximum (200 with a free account) | A short note, no link or pitch; the length is checked for every prospect. |
| 💬 Direct message | 300 to 600 characters (1,000 maximum on Instagram) | A conversational tone, a single question. |
| ✉️ Cold email | 50 to 150 words excluding the signature, subject under 60 characters | Subject, message, signature, then the opt-out line (“reply stop”) and the source of the details. |
| 📞 Call script | Opening and reason in 30 to 40 seconds | Opening with permission, reason for the call, discovery questions, value, close, objections. |
| 📟 Voicemail | 30 seconds, about 75 words | Who you are, why you are calling, how to reach you; the duration is estimated. |
| 📱 Business SMS | 160 characters per SMS | STOP mention added, number of SMS calculated; one special character (ê, ç, emoji) brings an SMS down to 70 characters and the tool tells you which one. |
Prospects and merge variables
Each message adapts to the prospect shown: with a signal, it opens with “I saw that you are opening a second restaurant”; without one, it starts from their role or company. Write the signal to complete “I saw that…” and the problem as a short noun phrase (“empty tables on weekdays”). Each prospect's dot shows whether they are well filled in (green), have nothing personal (orange) or are missing a variable (red).
The preview's {{variables}} button shows the template: {{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{role}}, {{industry}}, {{signal}}, {{problem}}, {{note}}, {{referred_by}}, {{last_name}}. The French names ({{prénom}}, {{entreprise}}…) work too. Add a fallback when a field may be empty: {{signal|your recent news}}.
The 8 message structures
| Structure | When to use it |
|---|---|
| 🔎 Observation | You spotted a specific, recent fact about the prospect. |
| 🧩 Problem → solution | The problem is clear and common among your clients. |
| 🔁 Before → after | Your offer changes a situation: today, the goal, the way there. |
| ❓ Question first | You want to start a conversation rather than present your offer. |
| 🤝 Referral | A real mutual contact referred you, or you are looking for the right person. |
| 🎁 Value first | You first offer something useful (audit, template, review). |
| 📌 Client story | You have a real result, for a real client who agrees to be mentioned. |
| 🎯 Short and direct | The prospect prefers getting straight to the point. |
The tone (formal, warm, direct, advisory, casual) changes greetings and sign-offs; the length (short, medium, detailed) adds or removes context and the introduction. Tick A/B to compare two structures: in the CSV, prospects get variant A then B alternately.
Dated sequence and follow-ups
- Pick a preset (email + LinkedIn + call, emails only, LinkedIn only, phone first) then adjust each step: day (D+3), channel and type (first message, short follow-up, value add, polite last message).
- With a start date, each step gets its date; the working days option moves a Saturday or Sunday to Monday.
- Email follow-ups reuse the first email's subject (“Re:”): that is legitimate, since you are genuinely replying to your own message.
- The tool flags follow-ups too close together (less than 2 days), a sequence that is too long (more than 8 messages) and a missing polite last message.
Call script and objections
As soon as your sequence includes a call, the 📞 Call script tab lays out the phases with their timing: opening and permission (“you don't know me yet: do you have two minutes?”), reason for the call, discovery questions, what you bring, close with a small next step, and a sentence to respect a refusal. Edit each phase with ✏️.
Under Call and objections, turn on the common objections: “I don't have time”, “just send me an email”, “we already have a provider”, “it's too expensive”, “it's not a priority”, “who gave you my number?”, “I'm not interested”, “call me back later”, “I'm not the one who decides”. The suggested answers are honest: they acknowledge the objection, ask at most one question and accept a no. Click into an answer to tailor it; add your own objections.
Compliance: reminders for your situation
Under ⚖️ Compliance, say whether you contact businesses or consumers and in which country. The tool shows the reminders that concern you, with their sources, and checks them in the score. They are pointers, not legal advice.
| Situation | Reminder |
|---|---|
| France, businesses, email or SMS | Allowed without prior consent if the message relates to their job, with information and a simple opt-out in every message (CNIL). |
| France, consumers, email or SMS | Prior consent required, except existing customers for similar products. |
| France, consumers, phone | Since 11 August 2026, sales calls only with prior verifiable consent or about an existing contract; Bloctel has been discontinued; Monday to Friday, 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–20:00, at most 4 attempts in 30 days. |
| Belgium, email | Prior consent in principle, except existing customers and generic company addresses (info@, contact@). |
| Belgium, phone | Check the “Do Not Call Me” list before calling, business numbers included. |
Also state where you found the contact details: it is used in the emails' opt-out line and in the answer to “who gave you my number?”. Add your privacy policy link and, for SMS, your platform's short code if it provides one.
No fake proof, no fake familiarity
- Client result: used only if you tick that it is real, can be backed up and the client agrees to be mentioned. Otherwise, the “Client story” structure shows “[your real result]” and the score flags it.
- Figures: a percentage or amount added in an edited text is flagged if it does not come from your confirmed result.
- Fake “Re:”, “as discussed”, “following our call” in a first message: flagged as misleading.
- Fake urgency (“last chance”, “limited offer”): flagged, it drives people away more than it wins them.
The 5-axis score
| Axis | What is checked |
|---|---|
| Personalisation | Prospects with a signal, problem or note; variables filled in for each; first message specific to the prospect; one-size-fits-all phrases; “I / you” balance |
| Clarity | Offer described, sentence length, jargon, bracketed parts still to fill in, airy paragraphs |
| Length for the channel | LinkedIn invitation (for every prospect), direct message, email and subject, number of SMS, voicemail duration, call opening, discovery questions |
| Call to action | One clear ask at the end, low-commitment at first contact, no fake urgency, well-spaced follow-ups and a polite last message |
| Compliance and deliverability | Identity, opt-out in every email, STOP in every SMS, source of the details, rules by country and target, wording that triggers filters, capitals, links, fake “Re:”, unconfirmed results, example content left |
The discovery version shows the score and 3 recommendations; Pro shows them all, with advice for each check. Under the preview, the points specific to the step shown are listed.
Export and send
Copying, the printable sequence and the text also work in the discovery version, with a “Discovery version · Made with Yok-Kod · yok-kod.com” line at the end (and at the bottom of each printed page); Pro removes it. The mail merge CSV, prospect import and JSON are for Pro members.
- 📋 Copy: the message shown, ready to paste into LinkedIn, your mailbox or your phone.
- 📊 Mail merge CSV (Pro): one row per prospect with their details, variant A or B, then for each step the date, subject and message already personalised, plus any missing fields. Import it into your sending tool or spreadsheet.
- 🖨️ Printable sequence: a schedule with tick boxes, every message, the call script, the objections, the compliance reminders and a pre-send checklist.
- 📝 Text: the full sequence as plain text. The printable sequence and the text follow the display you chose: prospect values or variables.
- JSON (Pro): back up and import the complete campaign.
AI (optional, Pro)
With your own key (Agnes, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Groq, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter or a compatible service), the assistant can personalise a prospect from the pasted text of their profile or website: role, signal, problem and note, each backed by the quote that proves it, and nothing that is not in the text. It can also rewrite the message shown shorter or warmer, suggest answers to objections tailored to your offer and write your follow-ups. A response that adds a figure or variable not in your text is rejected. Your key stays in your browser.

Outreach Studio Pro costs €29 as a one-off payment, with no subscription; it is also included in Marketing Pack (€129) and in Full Access (€179).
Where is my data?
Your campaigns and prospect lists are saved in your browser, automatically. The server receives the campaign just long enough to write the messages, compute the score or prepare an export, without keeping it. Outreach Studio sends no message on your behalf. The discovery version keeps 1 campaign; Pro keeps 30 and can back them up and import them as JSON.
Common problems
- The message shows “[signal]” or “[first_name]”.
- Your edited text uses a variable that is empty for this prospect. Fill in the field, or add a fallback:
{{signal|your recent news}}. The CSV lists the missing fields of each row. - My LinkedIn invitation exceeds 300 characters for some prospects.
- A long signal or company name can be enough. Shorten the signal, or switch to a shorter structure. With a free account, the limit is 200 characters: choose “Free” under “Structure and tone”.
- My SMS counts as 2 or 3 SMS.
- Aim for 160 characters. A single character outside the standard alphabet (ê, î, ç, curly quotes, emoji) brings the SMS down to 70 characters: the preview tells you which one.
- The score flags “Consumers: prior consent”.
- You contact consumers by email, SMS or phone. Only do so if they gave consent (and tick the box), or if they are already customers for a similar offer.
- My changes disappeared after I changed a step.
- Edited texts take priority; if you change a step's channel or type, its edited text is removed. Undo with ↶.
