Funding Kit · 4 tools · one-time payment
Build a file that convinces your bank or an investor
The Funding Kit brings together 4 online tools to analyse your project, build a 3-year financial forecast, write your business plan and present your pitch deck.
A banker wants to know whether you can repay; an investor, whether your project can grow. The kit helps you set your assumptions once, get the tables they read (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, ratios) and tell your project's story clearly, on paper and out loud.
- The 4 tools in the order you use them
- Every tool can be tried free, no account needed
- 30-day money-back guarantee
Is the Funding Kit right for you?
Who is it for?
- You are starting a business and about to ask your bank for a start-up loan.
- You are setting up a company in Belgium (SRL, SC, SA) and must prepare the financial plan for the notary, with your accountant.
- You are preparing a first meeting with business angels, an incubator or an honour-loan network.
- You support entrepreneurs and want to produce their files with the same method.
Not for you if…
- You need certified accounts or a financial plan signed by a professional: that is your accountant's job, and the kit prepares you for that conversation.
- You are preparing a multi-million raise with due diligence and a data room: you will need specialist advice on top.
- Your accountant has already built your forecast: you may only need the pitch deck or the business plan.
What does a bank ask for a start-up loan? Your file in 4 steps
A bank first reads your numbers and your ability to repay; an investor, your market and your potential. The 4 steps build both, in order.

Good to know: financial plan, banks and investors
Belgium: a financial plan is mandatory for an SRL
To set up an SRL, SC or SA, you must give the notary a financial plan with minimum content: balance sheets at opening, 12 and 24 months, income statements, a two-year budget and your assumptions. If the company goes bankrupt within three years, it is used to judge whether your starting capital was sufficient: have it reviewed by your accountant.

What the bank looks at
A financing plan, an income statement over 3 years and a month-by-month cash flow plan for the first year. Above all, it checks your ability to repay and the balance between your own contribution and the loan. Be cautious: understate revenue, overstate costs and include working capital needs.

What an investor expects
About ten slides that always answer the same questions (problem, solution, market, model, competition, team, numbers) and a precise ask: how much, what for, and which milestones that money will get you to.

What the Funding Kit does not do
- It does not replace an accountant, a lawyer or a notary: the documents you produce are solid working drafts, to be reviewed and validated when the stakes call for it.
- It does not force AI on you: the tools work without it. AI is optional, with your own key from the provider of your choice, who bills you directly.
- It does not guarantee approval from your bank or an investor, and does not submit any application for you.
- It does not produce annual accounts or certified documents: for the statutory financial plan of a Belgian company, have yours validated by your accountant before giving it to the notary.
Frequently asked questions about the Funding Kit
Yes for the method and the tables: income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, financing plan and banking ratios are what banks in both countries ask for. Country-specific rules (the statutory financial plan in Belgium, what French banks expect) are summarised in our practical guides, in French. Check the tax and VAT rates for your situation with your accountant.
Yes. Under our terms of sale (in French), every one-time payment is refunded in full on simple request sent within 30 days of purchase, with no reason needed. The refund goes back to the payment method you used and ends Pro access to the Funding Kit tools. The 14-day legal right of withdrawal does not apply once you have asked for immediate access to the digital content: you give that consent when you pay, and the 30-day guarantee still applies.
No. What you already paid for tools included in the kit is automatically deducted from its price (up to 70% of the kit price); the exact amount is shown before payment. If you already have access to every tool in the kit, through a pack or Full Access for example, the purchase is blocked: there is nothing to pay. And if you later move to Business Pack and Full Access, which include all the kit's tools, what you paid for the kit is deducted in the same way.
In your own browser. Our servers do the calculations but don't keep the content of your projects: your proposals, forecasts or pages stay on this device, in this browser. No advertising trackers.
No. No setup: the engine works straight away. AI is optional — without it, your documents are still generated. Only generating the cover and closing illustrations (Pitch Deck Builder) needs AI. Every tool in the kit uses Yok-Kod's rules and calculation engine. In the Pro version, if you want it, you plug in the provider of your choice (Agnes, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Groq, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter and any OpenAI-compatible service) with your own key, which stays in your browser, is only sent at the moment of an AI request and is never stored. The provider bills you directly. Our AI key guide explains how to get one.
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, which issues an invoice automatically for the €69 (VAT included). You can enter your company VAT number during checkout, and download your invoices at any time from your account, through Stripe's secure portal.
