What is Client Finder Studio for?
Finding clients isn't about doing "a bit of everything": it's about choosing the few actions that work for your business, with your time and your budget, then sticking to them.
Client Finder Studio knows 10 acquisition channels and 100 detailed techniques (each with its "how to"). It picks the ones that suit you, ranks them by priority, gives you a 90-day roadmap and a mini-CRM to track your prospects.

The steps, one by one
Describe your business
The type of business, 2 or 3 sentences, your offer, your price and what sets you apart. The type of business matters a lot: it changes the techniques suggested.
Describe your ideal client
A first name and a role (for example "Sophie, SME owner"), their problems, their wishes, their objections. Above all, say where they are (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, local…): techniques on those platforms get priority.
Set your goals and your limits
Number of clients targeted, deadline, monthly budget and time available. In "Constraints", write one line per thing you refuse to do, starting with "No…"
(for example No cold calling, No TikTok, No advertising): those techniques are excluded.
Choose your channels and generate your plan
Tick at least 2 channels (3 to 5 is ideal; 2 or 3 if you're short of time), then click "🎯 Generate my acquisition plan".
Take action
In the 🎯 Techniques tab, start with the high priorities and tick each technique as you launch it. Add your notes, your tags, or your own techniques with "+ Add". Follow the 📅 90-day roadmap and log your contacts in 👥 Prospects.
How the plan is chosen
Each technique has a starting priority, then the tool adjusts it for you. Under each technique, the 🧭 line explains why:
- Your business: a Google Business Profile comes first for a restaurant or a tradesperson, LinkedIn for a B2B agency. Some techniques only appear when they make sense (an app store for software, resellers for physical products…).
- Where your clients are: if you mentioned Instagram, Instagram techniques move up.
- Your budget: paid advertising drops to low priority if your budget is too small for it to deliver results (LinkedIn Ads, for example, needs a larger budget).
- Your constraints: the techniques you refuse are removed.
If you change your form afterwards, click "Generate" again: your ticks, notes and custom techniques are kept.
The strategy score
The score out of 100 is the average of 5 axes: diversity (number of channels), consistency (techniques suited to your business, budget and clients, and high priorities launched), volume, realistic effort (is the number of techniques sustainable with your time and budget?) and long-term potential (channels that keep paying off: content, network, partners…). The 📊 Analysis tab tells you what to improve.
Prospect tracking (CRM)
The 👥 Prospects tab is a 5-column board: To contact, Contacted, In talks, Quote sent, Won. Drag cards from one column to another, or change the stage in each card's list (handy on a phone). Click a card to add notes.
You can import a list from Excel or Google Sheets: save it as CSV with a Name column (and optionally Company, Contact, Status, Notes). Comma and semicolon separators are both recognised.

Prospecting by the rules
Where is my data saved?
Your projects and prospects are saved in your browser, not on our servers. Our servers choose the techniques and calculate the score without keeping anything. The "🕓 History" button keeps the last 20 versions of each project.
Discovery or Pro?
The discovery version gives you the whole tool and all its exports; exported documents (HTML, PDF, Markdown, pictures) carry a small “Made with Yok-Kod” line, data files (CSV, JSON, ICS) never do. Pro removes that line and adds AI, the 10 templates and up to 50 projects.
| Discovery (free) | Pro | |

Pro for Client Finder Studio costs €19 as a one-off payment. It is also included in the Marketing Pack (€129) and in Full Access (€179).
Common issues
- Why does the "Generate" button say "Complete…"?
- You need at least your business description (section 1), your persona's name (section 2) and 2 ticked channels (section 4).
- Why did a technique I wanted disappear?
- It may have been excluded by a "No…" line in your constraints, or it doesn't match your type of business. You can always add it by hand with "+ Add".
- Why doesn't my CSV import find any prospects?
- The first line of the file must contain the column headings, including a
Namecolumn. - Why does the AI say "invalid key"?
- Check that the selected provider matches your key, then test it again. Free keys are limited to a few requests per minute.
- Why can't I find my project any more?
- Make sure you're using the same computer, the same browser and the same account.
