Webinar Studio

Everything you need to prepare a well-timed, useful and honest webinar or live session, then run it calmly with the teleprompter and the timer.

What is Webinar Studio for?

A good webinar is not improvised: you need to stick to the announced length, involve the audience, deliver real value before mentioning an offer, and present that offer without pressure or false promises. Webinar Studio helps you write the script block by block, each block with its length, then run it live with a full-screen teleprompter and a timer that tells you whether you are ahead or behind.

The tool also prepares the chat messages, the answers to objections, an honest presentation of your offer and the 4 emails that go with the webinar (invitation, reminder the day before, reminder one hour before, replay). It checks everything on 5 axes and flags the promises and practices to avoid.

With the other Yok-Kod tools

Who is it for?

🧭

Coaches and trainers

A masterclass that really teaches, then the presentation of a programme.

💻

Software makers

Clear live demos that finish on time.

💼

Consultants

A webinar with no selling that leads to meetings.

🕯️

Makers and shops

A live collection launch, with its real terms.

🌱

Charities

An information session in Q&A form.

🎙️

Agencies and media

An expert interview with prepared questions.

The steps, one by one

1

Start from the demo, a template or a format

🎁 Demo loads a complete one-hour masterclass (script, chat, objections, offer, emails). Pro members get 8 industry templates (📋 Templates). You can also pick a format in “The webinar” and click 🧱 Apply the format structure: the blocks are spread over your length. Everything can be undone with ↶.

2

Describe your webinar

Title, subtitle, audience, what participants leave with, planned length, speaking pace, date and time, platform, goal, presenter and guest. Without a paid offer, enter the next step you will suggest.

3

Write the script, block by block

For each block: its type, length, title, the text you will say, your notes and the slide shown. The total is compared live with the planned length.

4

Prepare the chat, objections and offer

Attach each chat message to the block where it goes out, prepare your answers, describe your offer with its real terms (or your next step).

5

Rehearse, then go live

Follow the score's recommendations, read the emails, rehearse once with the 📺 Teleprompter and the timer, then export what you need (with a watermark in the discovery version, without it in Pro).

The 6 formats and their default structure

FormatSuggested structure
🎓 MasterclassWelcome, hook, part 1, poll, part 2, case study, offer, questions, wrap-up
💻 Product demoWelcome, problem, demo of the main workflow, poll, advanced case, pricing and trial, questions, recap
🏆 ChallengeWelcome to the day, goal, method, live exercise, sharing, feedback, next, questions, tomorrow's challenge
💬 Q&AWelcome, how it works, the essentials in 10 minutes, more than half the time for questions, wrap-up
🚀 Offer launchWelcome, why, behind the scenes, what it changes, detailed walkthrough, terms, questions, recap
🎙️ Interview or panelWelcome, guest introduction, prepared questions, audience question, audience questions, thanks
💡 The structure is spread in minutes over your planned length. If “This webinar presents a paid offer” is unticked, the offer block is replaced by more question time.

The script in timed blocks

  • 13 block types: welcome, hook, introduction, content, demo, case study, exercise, poll, offer presentation, Q&A, wrap-up, break, other. Each has its colour in the running order.
  • Reorder by drag and drop (⋮⋮ handle) or with ↑ ↓; duplicate with ⧉.
  • Under each block: its start time (and the clock time if the date is set), the word count and the estimated speaking time at your pace. Text too long for its length is flagged.
  • Passages in [brackets] are to be completed: they are highlighted in the script and the teleprompter.

Chat messages, objections and questions

Prepare the welcome, sound check, polls, the promised link, the call for questions and the thanks. 📚 Standard messages offers an honest starting point. During the live, each message shows at the right block with a 📋 Copy button.

For objections (“it is too expensive”, “I do not have the time”, “what if it does not suit me?”) and FAQs, write honest, precise answers. They show in the teleprompter during the Q&A block.

💡 Never a prepared message like “Mark just bought” or “20 people have already joined”: written in advance, it would necessarily be false. The tool flags it as fake social proof.

An offer presented honestly

  • What the offer includes, who it is for and who it is not for, price, payment, VAT, guarantee with its terms (time limit, process), terms of sale.
  • Right to cancel: for an online sale to consumers, 14 days in principle; digital content with express waiver, a service with early start, business customers or a dated leisure activity depending on your case.
  • Previous price: shown only if you confirm it is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction (EU Omnibus rules, applied through the Consumer Code in France and the Code of Economic Law in Belgium).
  • Deadline and limited places: only if they are real, with the date, the number and the reason (“the group starts on Monday”, “12 people maximum”).
  • Testimonials and results: only from real clients who agreed to be quoted.

The Country you sell in field (“Offer” section) adapts the rules quoted in the form, the analysis and the offer presentation. It is prefilled with your business profile country if you have one.

RuleFranceBelgium
Previous priceLowest price of the 30 days before the reduction (art. L112-1-1 of the Consumer Code)Same rule (Code of Economic Law, Book VI, Omnibus Directive 2019/2161)
Right to cancel14 days (art. L221-18), exceptions in art. L221-2814 days (art. VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law), exceptions in art. VI.53

For Luxembourg and other EU countries, the tool quotes the EU directives (Omnibus 2019/2161, 2011/83/EU); for the United Kingdom, the CMA pricing guidance and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In Switzerland, outside the EU, there is no general statutory right to cancel online purchases and previous prices fall under the Unfair Competition Act (UCA): check the Swiss rules that apply.

The 🎯 Offer tab writes an honest presentation from your answers; ↧ Insert into the script puts it into your offer block. These reminders are not legal advice.

Going live: running order, timer and teleprompter

The ⏱️ Running order tab shows the coloured timeline of blocks, their start times and the current block. Start the live runs the timer: block time, total time, ahead or behind the plan and estimated end time. Next block moves on; clicking a block jumps to it.

The 📺 Teleprompter (in the discovery version too) shows the whole script in large type, full screen, with the current block highlighted, your notes, chat messages and answers to objections.

↑ ↓Scroll speed
+ −Text size
← →Previous or next block (the timer follows)
LStart or pause the timer

The emails

The ✉️ Emails tab writes 4 emails from the project: invitation (7 to 10 days before), reminder the day before, reminder 1 hour before and replay (or a thank-you if there is no replay). They mention the offer transparently and only repeat a deadline or limited places if they are real. ✏️ Customise locks in your own text; ↺ Automatic text goes back to the generated version. Only email people who registered, with an unsubscribe link.

The discovery version shows the score and 3 recommendations; Pro shows them all, with detailed advice for each check.

Exports

Documents can be exported in the discovery version too, with a “Discovery version · Made with Yok-Kod · yok-kod.com” line at the end of the document (and at the bottom of each printed page); Pro removes it. Data exports (running-order CSV, calendar, JSON) are for Pro members.

  • 🖨️ Script PDF: a printable version (running order, script, notes, chat, offer, objections); choose “Save as PDF”.
  • Markdown and text of the full script, running-order CSV (start, end, clock time, type, planned length, estimated speaking time, slide, messages) for Excel or Google Sheets.
  • ✉️ Emails as text, 📅 Calendar (.ics with the live link and a reminder 15 minutes before).
  • 📦 Everything (ZIP): all these files plus the project as JSON; in the discovery version, the ZIP contains the watermarked documents (printable script, Markdown, text, emails), without the CSV, calendar or JSON.

AI (optional, Pro)

With your own key (Agnes, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Groq, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter or a compatible service), the assistant can write the whole timed script from your topic (with chat messages and objections), suggest 6 objections and answers, 8 chat messages attached to the right blocks, and rewrite a block (✨ button: clearer, shorter, livelier or fitted to its length). It is instructed never to invent facts, figures, results, testimonials or fake urgency: it leaves [brackets] for you to complete. Your key stays in your browser.

Where is my data?

Your projects are saved in your browser (local storage), automatically. The server receives the project only to compute the analysis, emails and exports, and does not keep it. Teleprompter settings and the timer state also stay in this browser. The discovery version keeps 1 project; Pro keeps 30 and can back them up and import them as JSON. Remember to export before clearing your browser.

Common problems

The total is over the planned length.
The summary at the top of the script shows the gap. Shorten a content block or the offer, or announce a longer length: respect the time you promised.
A block is flagged as “too long”.
At your speaking pace, the text needs more time than the block's length. Cut sentences, lengthen the block, or choose a faster pace if that really is your rhythm.
The teleprompter scrolls too fast or too slowly.
Adjust the speed with ↑ ↓ or the slider; you can also scroll by hand and auto-scroll carries on from there.
Full screen does not work.
Some browsers or devices (iPhone in particular) restrict it. The teleprompter still fills the whole window.
My previous price, deadline or limited places do not show.
Tick the matching confirmation in “Offer” (price actually applied, real deadline, places really limited) and enter the date or the number.
“Browser storage is full”.
Delete an old project after backing it up as JSON (Pro).
